Settings and notifications
Open Settings
Section titled “Open Settings”- Tap Home at the bottom of the app.
- Tap the person icon in the top-right corner.
The Settings screen shows your account email and the selected patient.
Change your password
Section titled “Change your password”You need to know your current password to change it in the app.
- Open Settings.
- Under Account, tap Change password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm a new password with at least eight characters.
- Tap Change password.
After the password changes, the app logs you out. Log in again with your new password. Other devices logged in to your account will also need to log in again.
If you have forgotten your current password or need to change other login details, contact your organisation.
Allow push notifications
Section titled “Allow push notifications”Push notifications can show reminders and other information sent by your organisation.
The app may ask for permission when you first log in. Tap Allow if you want to receive notifications. If you did not allow them at that time, use the steps below.
- Open Settings.
- Find Push notifications under Notifications.
- If the status is Not allowed, tap Allow notifications.
- If your device asks for permission, choose Allow.
If permission was previously blocked, the button says Open Settings. Tap it to open your device settings, then allow notifications for the app.
The status changes to Allowed when notifications are enabled.
Open a notification
Section titled “Open a notification”Tap a notification to open the related part of the app. You may need to log in first.
View help
Section titled “View help”Under Help & support, tap View help to open this help centre. It opens in your device’s web browser.
Find the app version
Section titled “Find the app version”The app version and build number appear under App near the bottom of the Settings screen. Include these numbers when reporting a technical problem.
Send feedback
Section titled “Send feedback”If Send feedback appears, tap it to open the feedback form. This option may not be available in every version of the app.
Do not include passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary private information in feedback.
