View and manage appointments

See your next appointment

Your next appointment appears on the Home screen.

Tap the appointment to see more information.

See all appointments

1. Open the Appointments tab.
2. Appointments are grouped by month, with the newest dates first.
3. If year buttons appear at the top, tap a year to see appointments from that year.
4. Tap an appointment to open it.

The list shows the date, time, type of appointment, and its current status.

Filter the list

1. Tap Filter.
2. Choose All, Booked, or Cancelled.
3. Tap Apply.

Booked shows appointments that have not been cancelled. To return to the complete list, choose All, or tap Clear filters if that button appears.

Check the appointment details

The appointment screen may show:

• the date, time, and length of the appointment;
• the practitioner’s name, speciality, skills, and biography;
• the location, address, and extra location notes;
• an Open in Maps button; and
• a button to call the location.

Only information supplied by your organisation is shown.

Check in for an appointment

The Check in button only appears when your organisation allows you to check in for that appointment.

Check-in is unavailable when the appointment belongs to a membership labelled PAST DUE. Resolve the outstanding payment first. See manage membership payments.

1. Open the appointment.
2. Tap Check in.
3. When the app asks you to confirm, tap Check in again.
4. Wait for the Checked in message.

You may also see Check in beside the next appointment on the Home screen.

Caution

Only check in when you are ready for your appointment. If you check in by mistake, contact your organisation.

Cancel a class booking

The Cancel class button only appears when your organisation allows you to cancel that booking.

1. Open the class from the Appointments tab.
2. Tap Cancel class.
3. Check the class name, date, and time in the confirmation message.
4. Tap Cancel class again.
5. Wait for the Class cancelled message.

Caution

This cancels your place in the class. It does not cancel your membership.

You can also cancel a booked class from the class timetable.

Change or cancel another appointment

The app does not currently change, cancel, or reschedule appointments that do not show Cancel class. Contact your organisation if you need to make a change.

Changing your appointment preferences does not change an appointment that is already booked.
