Understand status labels

Status labels summarise information recorded by your organisation. Contact them if a label appears incorrect.

  • Booked: The appointment is booked.
  • Confirmed: The appointment has been confirmed.
  • Arrived: You have been marked as arrived or checked in.
  • Cancelled: The appointment was cancelled.
  • Did not attend: The organisation recorded that the appointment was not attended.
  • Available: The class can currently be booked.
  • Booked: You have an active booking for the class.
  • Unavailable: The class cannot currently be booked. It may be full or unavailable for another reason.

Membership labels are supplied by your organisation. Common labels include SCHEDULED, ACTIVE, PAUSED, PAST DUE, CANCELED, and EXPIRED.

  • SCHEDULED means the membership has been arranged but is not active yet.
  • ACTIVE means the membership is currently active.
  • PAUSED means an active membership is inside its pause period.
  • PAST DUE means a membership payment is overdue. New class bookings and check-in are unavailable until the payment is resolved. See manage membership payments.
  • CANCELED or EXPIRED means the membership is no longer active.

An Upcoming pause has been arranged but has not started. An Active pause is currently in progress.
