Log in and log out

You need an active account with your organisation to use the app.

Log in

Section titled “Log in”
  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. Tap Log In.
  3. A secure login page will open. Follow the instructions on that page.
  4. After you finish, the app will open your Home screen.

The exact login steps depend on your organisation.

If your session has expired

Section titled “If your session has expired”

You may see this message:

Your session expired. Please log in again.

Tap Log In and follow the login steps again.

Log out

Section titled “Log out”
  1. Tap Home at the bottom of the app.
  2. Tap the person icon in the top-right corner.
  3. On the Settings screen, tap Log out.

You will return to the login screen.

If you cannot log in

Section titled “If you cannot log in”

Check that your device has an internet connection and that you are using the account registered with your organisation.

If the app says it cannot reach your organisation, wait a moment and tap Log In again.
